Shipping Policy

We offer free local pick up in Noelville, Ontario.

Delivery available in French River, Greater Sudbury, Sturgeon Falls and North Bay. We also offer worldwide shipping.​

To reduce landfill waste we reuse, recycle and upcycle packing material. We do our best to ensure they are odorless, we cannot guarantee these items to be free of all odors.

 

We ship Monday-Friday, No weekends or holidays, as we’re located in a rural area. Items purchased will be shipped out within 5 business days of receiving full payment at which time tracking will be provided.

We ship all domestic orders via Canada Post. In the event of a postal strike or other unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to use other carriers at our discretion. You will be notified in the event that this occurs.

International customers (located outside of Canada) please note that all duties, taxes, tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to cancel orders should we find the item has become damaged or is out of stock. Refunds will be issued promptly.
