Gardenia flat handle master butter knife measures 7" long.   W.M. Rogers & Son, AA, International Silver. This discontinued pattern dates to 1941 and features flowers on handle.   
Very good vintage condition, minor wear caused by use including faint scratches as would be expected in an older item of this type. A couple of dark marks on back, does not appear to be silver loss, but can't be 100% sure .   
May need polishing.
