Starlight silverplate by Rogers & Bro., International Silver. This discontinued pattern dates to 1950 and features flowers on tip of handle.   
Excellent vintage condition. Fork has very minor wear, a few scratches, wear on spoon is more noticeable and silver does not seem as shiny. Lower listing price due to wear on spoon. May need polishing.
