Vintage Milkglass Bedside Table Lamp, electric oil lamp. 
Does sit a little crooked, can be re adjusted. Working condition. Excellent previously owned condition. No cracks or chips. Minor wear to design. Measures about 10 3/4” high base measures about 6” in diameter. Top has a couple marks near bottom. Measures 2 7/8” at bottom opening and about 7” high.
As with any used electrical it is recommended to upgrade the wiring.
