Vintage silver plate baby fork. This discontinued pattern was manufactured from 1937 until 1973 by. I believe this is an older piece, manufactured in Canada, marked 1847 Rogers International Silver.   
Very good vintage condition, some wear caused by use including scratches/scuffs as would be expected in an older item of this type, and a couple of small spots of wear on back. Recent estate find, sold a found. May need polishing.
