Children's knife and fork by Viners International. Stainless steel, made in Hong Kong.   
Knife measures about 6 7/8” long and is decorated with a rooster, fork 5 5/8” decorated with a dancing pig.   
Great vintage condition. Pieces have some scratches and scuffs caused by use, and as might be expected in older items, and may need a quick polishing.
